Zina Sabir

( Registered Physiotherapist, Pelvic Health Therapist)

Zina is a Registered Physiotherapist with a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Western and an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences (Summa cum laude) from the University of Ottawa. Inspired by her own spinal fusion surgery at a young age, she is passionate about helping people move with confidence and reach their goals.

She has completed advanced training in musculoskeletal care (AIMs Level 1 & 2 Upper Quadrant), dry needling (Evidence in Motion), and pelvic health (Pelvic Solutions – Urinary Incontinence). Zina provides care for pelvic health maintenance, urinary incontinence, prolapse, pre- and post-partum rehab, diastasis rectus, core and pelvic floor training, and safe return to exercise. She also treats temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, including jaw pain, clicking, stiffness, and difficulty with chewing or opening the mouth.

Alongside her physiotherapy practice, Zina is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and strength and conditioning coach, bringing a well-rounded approach to recovery and performance. She has special interests in sports and orthopedic injuries, concussion management, pelvic floor, and pediatrics.

Zina’s approach is client-centered and evidence-based, focusing on education, manual therapy, and targeted exercise to create clear, achievable goals. She is committed to empowering clients to take an active role in their recovery.

Outside the clinic, Zina enjoys staying active at the gym, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with her dog, Rico- or winding down with tea and a good Netflix series.
