Kamil Dlugosz
(Registered Physiotherapist)
Kamil’s background is rooted in personalized training and high-performance assessment. During his five years at the Human Performance Lab, he worked with first responders, professional athletes from the Toronto Maple Leafs and NHL draft prospects, as well as athletes from Skate Canada and the National Ballet of Canada.
Over the years, Kamil has incorporated these experiences into a treatment approach that emphasizes active patient participation in rehabilitation, while encouraging patients to understand their injuries and the various management options available. To achieve this, he combines functional dry needling, manual therapy, acupuncture, and exercise therapy to correct neuromuscular and musculoskeletal imbalances.
Kamil enjoys working with people of all ages and fitness levels. He looks forward to helping you achieve your physiotherapy and physical conditioning goals.
Kamil has been practicing as a physiotherapist for ten years. He graduated from the University of Toronto in 2010 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from York University and is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.
A martial arts practitioner for over twenty years, Kamil maintains a passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and competes at the provincial level. An avid cyclist, he also enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors with his young son.
