Kale Hopkins

Kale is passionate about inspiring balanced mind-body connections with her patients through stress reduction, pain management, and preventative care. She loves working with people and understanding their goals for seeking massage therapy, whether it’s recovering from an injury or procedure, reducing aches and pains, or simply taking time to recover. Helping her patients feel safe, supported, and heard is the first step in her approach to wellness.
Kale graduated with Honors from Algonquin College with an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy. As a registered massage therapist, she believes in providing client-centred care that supports the unique needs of her clients.
Outside the clinic, Kale enjoys spending time with her family and participating in various sports and activities like yoga, curling, volleyball and soccer. As a nature enthusiast, Kale can frequently be spotted hiking or skiing the trails of the greenbelt and various Ottawa parks.
