Son approche repose sur des plans de traitement individualis\u00e9s int\u00e9grant l\u2019\u00e9ducation, la prescription d\u2019exercices et la th\u00e9rapie manuelle. Sa passion pour la sant\u00e9 physique et la r\u00e9adaptation a pris naissance d\u00e8s son jeune \u00e2ge gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa participation \u00e0 une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de sports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette motivation l\u2019a men\u00e9e \u00e0 obtenir un baccalaur\u00e9at de sciences en kin\u00e9siologie, avec une mineure en psychologie, \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Ottawa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au cours de ses \u00e9tudes \u00e0 Ottawa, Michelle a acquis de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience en tant qu\u2019entra\u00eeneure \u00e9tudiante aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9quipes de volleyball f\u00e9minine et masculine, d\u00e9veloppant des comp\u00e9tences pratiques qu\u2019elle met aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 profit dans sa pratique clinique. Elle a poursuivi le d\u00e9veloppement de ses connaissances et de ses comp\u00e9tences en compl\u00e9tant une ma\u00eetrise en physioth\u00e9rapie \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Toronto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soucieuse d\u2019apprentissage professionnel continu, elle a \u00e9galement compl\u00e9t\u00e9 le niveau 1 du programme avanc\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de physioth\u00e9rapie musculosquelettique offert par la division orthop\u00e9dique de l\u2019Association canadienne de physioth\u00e9rapie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En dehors de la clinique, Michelle aime la course \u00e0 pied, l\u2019escalade, le basketball ainsi que plusieurs autres activit\u00e9s physiques.
