Spencer Giddings est un physioth\u00e9rapeute bilingue qui a obtenu son baccalaur\u00e9at en sciences de l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique en 2022 ainsi que sa ma\u00eetrise en physioth\u00e9rapie en 2024 \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Ottawa. Tout au long de sa vie, Spencer a \u00e9t\u00e9 activement impliqu\u00e9 dans une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de sports, notamment le cross-country, l\u2019athl\u00e9tisme, le soccer et le frisbee ultime. Ces exp\u00e9riences ont men\u00e9 \u00e0 une profonde passion pour la sant\u00e9 physique, la r\u00e9adaptation et l\u2019aide aux autres dans leur processus de gu\u00e9rison, inspir\u00e9e par sa propre exp\u00e9rience de blessures li\u00e9es au sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avant de poursuivre une carri\u00e8re en physioth\u00e9rapie, Spencer a travaill\u00e9 pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es comme sauveteur et instructeur de natation, ce qui a renforc\u00e9 son engagement envers l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du bien-\u00eatre des autres. Son parcours sportif diversifi\u00e9 et son exp\u00e9rience professionnelle lui ont permis de d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour accompagner les individus dans l\u2019atteinte de leurs objectifs de sant\u00e9 et de condition physique. Ax\u00e9 sur l\u2019\u00e9ducation des patients, les soins personnalis\u00e9s et une approche holistique, Spencer s\u2019engage \u00e0 guider ses clients vers un r\u00e9tablissement complet et une performance optimale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
