Santiago (\u00ab Santi \u00bb) est un physioth\u00e9rapeute bilingue dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Ottawa en 2023, apr\u00e8s avoir compl\u00e9t\u00e9 un baccalaur\u00e9at en kin\u00e9siologie \u00e0 Western University \u00e0 London, en Ontario. Lors de ses \u00e9tudes de premier cycle, il a agi comme soigneur sportif b\u00e9n\u00e9vole aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de football Jr. Mustangs, o\u00f9 il a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un fort int\u00e9r\u00eat pour l\u2019orthop\u00e9die et la r\u00e9adaptation sportive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des stages cliniques vari\u00e9s \u2014 en neurologie en milieu hospitalier, en cardiologie ainsi qu\u2019en orthop\u00e9die en clinique externe \u2014 Santi a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une passion pour le travail individualis\u00e9 avec les patients afin de les aider \u00e0 atteindre leurs objectifs personnels. Il privil\u00e9gie une approche globale et centr\u00e9e sur le patient, en int\u00e9grant l\u2019\u00e9ducation, les exercices th\u00e9rapeutiques et la th\u00e9rapie manuelle afin d\u2019optimiser les r\u00e9sultats et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Santi a compl\u00e9t\u00e9 les niveaux 1 et 2 (quadrant inf\u00e9rieur) du programme AIMS de la division orthop\u00e9dique, ainsi que des formations suppl\u00e9mentaires en puncture physioth\u00e9rapique avec aiguilles s\u00e8ches (dry needling), en acupuncture et en r\u00e9adaptation vestibulaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de la clinique, Santi aime rester actif en pratiquant le basketball, le tennis et la musculation.
